Welcome to the web ministry of the First Christian Church of Anniston, Alabama!  We hope you will enjoy looking around and learning more about us.  In these pages, you can find out about our community of faith, our common journey with God, and how you can become involved.  At First Christian Church, we celebrate the presence of the Living God in our lives and try to follow the path set before us by Jesus Christ.  We love our church, and we'd love to have you become a part of it!  May God's blessings be with you today and always!

Directions:  FCC is located on Leighton Avenue at 14th Street, one block east of Quintard Avenue/Hwy 21/431 in Anniston. 
From I-20, take Exit 185 onto Hwy 21 (Quintard Avenue) going north.
From the north, come into Anniston on Hwy 21 or Hwy 431 (Quintard Avenue). 
From either direction, when you reach the boulevard section (grass and trees in the middle of the street) of Quintard Avenue (5th through 18th Streets), watch for 14th Street.  Turn east (toward CVS) and go one block to Leighton Avenue.  The church will be on the corner.  Turn right and then left into the parking lot.  Welcome!

SPRING Ecumenical Book Group
Our Ecumenical Book Group, in its 14th session, will read "Animal, Vegetable, Miracle" by Barbara Kingsolver.  We will begin on January 19th, meeting every Tuesday at noon for approximately an hour, and end by the end of May. 

COMMON DAILY BIBLE READING
Adult Bible Study ~ Sundays @ 9:30
Join us in daily scripture reading.  Click here for the weekly and daily schedule of readings, along with suggestions for prayer practices to add to your devotional time.  We are discussing the scripture readings of the week before in Sunday Morning Study time.  There is also an online discussion group.
